We are hiring for the position of Sr. Executive Recruiter (Taguig Site) with full time working hours for our company office, IGT Solutions, for residents of Taguig City, Makati City, Marikina City, Navotas City, Manila City & Pasig City and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources and at least a Not Specified or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

Senior executive recruiter ensures delivery of all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. He will play a critical role in ensuring hiring the best talent within SLAs.

The candidate must have a degree in psychology, behavioral science, or an equivalent level of education and have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment in a staffing company, BPO, or call center environment.
Must have knowledge in various recruitment strategies, sourcing approaches, knowledge of recruitment principles with extensive interview and sourcing experience
Must have strong leadership and people management skills, be detail-oriented or results-driven, and be excellent in oral and written communication skills.
Amenable to work onsite in Taguig City, in a flexible in shifting or rotational schedule within 24/7 work hours.
