We are hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative (New International Airline Account) with full time working hours for our company office, TDCX, for residents of Pasig City and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Services & Customer Service and at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, & Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱28,000 - ₱32,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

What is your mission?

  • You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
  • Provide customer service to passengers desiring to travel, by determining and recommending the service that meets customers’ needs.
  • Offer options of flights, classes of service, products, and services to customers.
  • Answer and assist customers’ inquiries regarding flight arrivals, delays, cancellation, flight irregularities, and other general information.
  • Assist customers’ requests and inquiries on frequent flyers’ program and Star Alliance-related needs.

Who are we looking for?

  • College level
  • Must have at least 1 year of BPO work experience
  • With at least 6 months experience handling an airline account
  • Preferably with chat and/or email experience
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Amenable to work in rotating shifts
  • Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
