We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Owner Process Junior Manager. We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱20,000 - ₱28,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

We are working on behalf international Automotive E-Commerce Company and now are looking for Ownership Process Junior Manager in Philippines This role will handle Ownership Transfer Process of Automotive: deals with agents and dealers.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and be part of the transfer process & team for Philippines
- Develops strong network of LTO (Land Transportation Office) vendors in Philippines
- Helps the Manager and Head to Engage with Internal & external stakeholders to improve quality of service on Cost & Turn around Time
- Regular data analysis and performance reporting to the management
- Managing the Operational risk & process efficiency
- Coordination with other departments for resolving the complicated cases and also to ensure smooth functioning the business.
- Expanding business operations in new cities
- Make sure the productivity of the team
- Internal stakeholders: Sales Team/Internal OPs Team/Finance Team
- External Stakeholders: LTO Offices/LTO Vendors
KPIs
- Ownership transfer closure across buckets
- Cost per LTO transfer
- Team member productivity across geographies
Required Competencies
- Strong knowledge of operations and managing the operational risks
- Strong knowledge of process improvement
- Strong data analysis and performance reporting skills
