We are hiring for the position of Project Manager Business Development( Process Improvement/ with full time working hours for our company office, Q2 HR Solutions Inc., for residents of Makati City and its neighboring areas.

Candidates with expertise in Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev and at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher are highly needed. The candidates criteria we are looking for must be trustworthy and disciplined, because our business values a professional and competitive work environment.

Our company provides a competitive salary range of ₱90,000 - ₱100,000, which can be adjusted at the discretion of HRD in our company. This range naturally varies depending on how proficient the candidate credibility can be offered.

Job Description:

The Project Manager, Business Development role is in charge of leading the business development team. The main goals are to lead and mentor the team while developing new ways to improve the workflow. They will manage sales data, processes, and coordinate with internal resources to build reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Lead the business development team and manage the team through mentorship.

·        Identify sales reports that are crucial for tracking sales conversion rates. Work with internal teams to build accurate reports for the management team.

·        Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.

·        Quarterly review of external materials: decks, website, proposals, etc. Work with the team to update with accurate information.

·        Manage the CRM system: Building new processes, reports, and modules within the CRM. Work with the IT team on functionality for the best ways to capture data.

·        Excellent understanding of the sales process and execution.

·        Experience with building sales workflows.

·        Entrepreneurial mindset and confidence to build new systems that support the efficiency of the Business Development team.

  • Lead weekly Business Development team calls, keep an agenda and manage tasks.
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, develop ways to improve current team duties.
  • Experience building a Go-To-Market Strategy and educating the Partners and team to execute the plans. Manage the business development and marketing strategy.
  • Analyze the customer experience and develop ways for increased client retention and profitability.
  • Set goals for the Business Development team and motivate the team to exceed their personal goals.
  • Research market and industry trends. Focus on the target market and think creatively about outreach.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with Partners and internal teams.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.


  • 5-10 years of sales or marketing experience at a financial services firm.
  • 5-10 years of managerial experience.
  • 5+ years of working with a CRM system: extensive knowledge of working within a CRM and building workflows.
  • Experience with Zoho is a plus.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience: ability to organize, plan and execute events.
  • Experience creating marketing materials: sales decks, 1-pagers, website updates, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Proficient in building sales reports.
  • Financial Institutional knowledge: specifically working with Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Special Purpose Vehicles, etc.
  • Candidates with experience in Project Management tools (e.g.Agile,Asana, Trello, Zoho,Click Up, and etc.), CRM, and Process Improvement

Other Benefits:

  • Monthly salary is up to 14th month
