We are hiring! To candidates with Bachelor's/College Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources, we Cartrack Technologies Philippines Inc., are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as human resource generalist - work onsite and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Makati City and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱18,000 - ₱30,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Responsibility
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions
- Responsible for the implementation of HR policies, practices and processes at country level
- Assist in monthly payroll for all levels and monthly reporting
- Conduct assessment and evaluation on a continuous basis regarding the performance of the staff
- Work closely with management and submit performance or other reports to Head Office
Requirements
- Well versed in end-to-end processing payroll, government mandatory benefits and Philippines Labor Law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Hands-on with willing to learn positive attitude
- This position will be work in office Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm.
