We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of BANCASSURANCE SALES EXECUTIVE (Basic Pay + Allowance + Commission Pay) in our company, BPI-AIA Life Assurance Corp.. For candidates who reside in Malabon City, Manila City & Navotas City and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.

We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Sales/Marketing & Sales - Corporate and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱19,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

BPI-AIA LIFE ASSURANCE CORPORATION IS LOOKING FOR BANCASSURANCE SALES EXECUTIVE (BSE).

Position Objective:

Responsible for offering product solutions on financial needs of BPI customers to ensure achievement of individual and company targets and KPIs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Promote and maintain the reputation of both BPI and Philam Life

Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI-Philam products to the bank’s customer base

Establish, maintain and grow relationships with the bank officers and staff in the branch/es they are assigned to for the purposes of generating bancassurance leads and bancassurance business

Establish, maintain and grow relationships with prospective and existing clientele; Perform customer service and business conservation activities

Act as a liason between the customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims

Submit required reports on time

Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect bancassurance business

Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns and other related matters.

Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for the purposes of bancassurance business

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any course
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in sales or any customer oriented industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Computer savvy
