JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Support and lead the fulfillment and improvement of yearly marketing goals, objectives, and plans through ensuring 100% implementation of branding campaigns, OOH initiatives, public relations initiatives, and projects with internal and external partners / suppliers.
- Conceptualization, strategization, execution and management of IMC-led projects and partnerships.
- Conceptualization, strategization, execution and management of corporate social responsibility initiatives, including events, promotions and activations.
- Monitoring and research of competitors in terms of public relations share of voice (SoV)
- Support the IMC team in terms of editorial expertise (writing, partner relations and media relations), as well as social media content creation; collaborate with the digital marketing team as needed.
- Collaborate with other MR. DIY departments for projects that may be deemed necessary.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- We offer better than Industry Rate
- 5+ years’ experience, preferably with agency background and demonstrable project management skills.
- Excellent long and short form writing skills. Must be able to write journalistically and in various angles
- High level expertise in social content conceptualization and creation; social media management.
- Demonstrable skill in digital marketing. Online paid ads, GDN, SEM strategies.
- High sense of project ownership; evaluative, strategic, creative.
- Willing to work on-site (Marikina City)
