To candidates with Bachelor's/College Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting, we GPC GEO PHARMA CORPORATION, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as accounting assistant and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Marikina City and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

- Responsible for accounts payable processing, cash flow management, and general accounting
- Processing of supplier bills received for payment
- Processing of cash disbursements
- Tracking and updating recurring payables and ensuring that all are vouched or accrued at month-end
- Review of monthly A/P ledgers
- Monitor purchase orders
- Accurate assignment of accounting codes in transaction processing for AP, and GL
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Assist Accounting Manager in accounting for fixed assets, prepaid expenses and other general ledger analyses, as requested
- Other accounting duties, as assigned
- Special projects, as assigned
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:·
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- With or without experience, willing to be trained
- Knowledgeable of the basic principles of accounting and general ledger chart of accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Has the ability to multitask and work independently
- Available to work in extended hours when required during month-end close and special projects
