We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Accounts Receivable Specialist (Homebased) in our company, Unified Accounting & Tax, LLP. For candidates who reside in Bicol Region, C.A.R, Central Luzon, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Ilocos Region, National Capital Reg, Davao & Calabarzon & Mimaropa and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintains an up-to-date database on client profiles and engagements
- Maintains billing accounts are records
- Prepares invoices and related computation and sends this out to clients on a timely basis
- Prepares and reviews credit memo and other invoice adjustments
- Sends payment/collection reminders and manage payment resolutions
- Tracks collections and prepare relevant reports
- Records and reconciles payments
- Resolves payment discrepancies
- Prepare aging reports and facilitate collection efforts based on account statuses
- Provides management with collections, revenue and collectibles reports and analysis for strategic and financial decision-making
- Works with the management to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms
- Ensures appropriate controls are in place to maintain dignity of the entire sales-to-cash process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with accounts receivable position in a fast-paced environment with voluminous transaction count
- Proficient in spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheet)
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Can work full-time from home
- Can work alone or with a team
- Confident with excellent English communication skills
- QuickBooks Online experience is a plus
System requirements:
- Computer Processor: At least i5 5th generation for both primary and back up computers
- Computer Memory/RAM: At least 8.00 GB for both primary and back up computers
- Computer OS: Windows 10
- Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 5 Mbps for back up connection)
