Our company, Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. is currently opening occasion for those of you who are interested in becoming a part of our company specifically Central Visayas & National Capital Reg and its surrounding areas. For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of Regional Sales Head (Cebu) and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Job Description
- Strategize, align and implement company-wide business initiatives to achieve its key result areas in Quality Recruitment and Activation, and Agency Expansion through leadership building.
- Proactively engage agency leaders regularly to build a strong partnership
- Organize events, marketing and design programs to communicate and inculcate desirable sales behavior in agency force towards achieving key result areas and objectives.
- Identify and nurture aspiring financial advisors with leadership quality for career advancement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder preferably with knowledge of life insurance and in-depth knowledge of industry’s operations, regulations and guidelines.
- Preferably come with 5 years of work experience in the insurance or financial industry managing sales and distributions.
- Strong leadership, coaching and influencing skills; strong business acumen; effective change management skills; problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Highly disciplined, independent, organized, result-oriented and analytical.
- Ability to engage, influence and build strong working relationships with all stakeholders to better team synergy and achieve desirable and positive outcomes.
- Resilient, self-motivated and able to adapt in fast paced environment
