Job Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound phone calls to customers Welcome and Retention Calls.
• Be a product expert.
• Be professional, courteous, and patient on the phone.
• Drafting emails and handling both verbal and written communications with customers
• Report and Create an analysis of an assigned ad hoc task
• Run/Attend Sprint Meetings with stakeholders
• Creative work with writing and documentation including but not limited to Asana
• Conduct report on work progress to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written
• Experience in customer service/support roles.
• Has the ability to comprehend underlying and future problems, perform a thorough investigation, and identify the best solution to resolve an issue
• Has the ability to prioritize work independently and use sound business judgment in making decisions
• Must have average skill in software platforms including but not limited to GSuite (Google Docs/Sheets/Calendar/Sites), and Asana  
• Must be process-oriented and must pay attention to details
• Must have your own personal equipment (desktop or laptop with the specifications of at least 4G Ram and iCore 3 or higher)
