We are pleased to inform you that our company office, Training Resources Group, Inc. is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator | Work From Home and able to work under full time working hours system.
We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of ₱27,000 - ₱35,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced LMS administrator for our Learning Management Software and Application. Join a dynamic team in a rapidly expanding training resources company servicing Australian Training Organisations.
Responsibilities
Training Resources Group requires an experienced LMS administrator to join our team remotely and assist with the following LMS administration functions:
- Setting up new courses in collaboration with the eLearning team
- Administering existing courses
- Creating new company user accounts
- Deactivating user accounts and resetting passwords in our learning management system (LMS)
- Assisting customers with support enquiries
- Other LMS administration tasks
Requirements
- 2 years of solid LMS Administration experience
- A growth mindset and an interest in adult learning and instructional design
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and an eye for continuous improvement
- A positive can-do attitude
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Preferred but not required:
- Previous experience in Moodle-based LMS administration
- eLearning design experience is an advantage
