We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. The Recruitment and Activation Manager responsible to actively source prospective financial advisors and agency leaders and or partners with agency leaders to ensure manpower target of the regions of assignment are met and ensures activation of the new advisors within their first 90 days.
- Actively source recruits for advisors and AAM candidates and or through engagement of agency leaders to contribute to manpower build-up
- Conducts onboarding program for the newly advisors within the first 90 days to increase retention and productivity
- Organizes recruitment activities and sources possible leads generation platforms
- Conversion of Grand BOP attendees to advisors
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree
- At least 3 years solid experience in Recruitment and People Development gained in the life insurance industry
- Advantage if has at least 1 year With Training background; if none skills must have good facilitation and presentation skills
