The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱25,000 - ₱40,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

As the Lead Generator, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and nurturing new results in support the team. This individual is going to be self-motivated, proactive to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources.
You shall be responsible for:
- Reaching out to prospects through different social media channels to generate and qualify leads
- Navigating through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pains, and position company as a compelling solution
- Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities
- Maintain and update an accurate log of activity
- Perform other duties as assigned
You should have/be:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or, have completed 2 years in college or a 2-year degree technical /vocational course
- At least 5 years previous experience and/or verifiable related education/training is required
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and Facebook
- Able to create and nurture sales opportunities through email
- Drive and resourcefulness in finding new approaches to ensure his/her message is resonating with potential leads
- Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing systems and tools
- Strong analytic skills, with attention to detail
