Role Summary: The Learning Experience Onboarding Coach is responsible for preparing each XP for their Kickoff Calls with clients, ensuring they are ready to provide an exceptional learning experience. The role requires strong communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking skills, as well as alignment with our LX core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and monitor the readiness, efficiency, and efficacy of XPs from the Candidate Training pool and/or rematching pool through:
- Facilitating 30-minute 1:1s with 14 XPs per week to set expectations about deliverables.
- Facilitating 1-hour Rehearsal Calls with 14 XPs per week.
- Writing and endorsing Rehearsal Call notes for each of the 14 XPs per week for relevant stakeholders.
- Reviewing and scoring 14 XP intro videos and bios per week.
- Participate in team meetings, including weekly 1:1s with the manager and additional meetings as required.
- Support XPs from the rematching pool by facilitating 1:1s, Rehearsal Calls, and completing related tasks.
- Propose creative solutions to address bandwidth limitations and improve the onboarding process.
Success Metrics:
- 90-day churn aligned with the quarterly goal of 97.5% client retention within the first 90 days.
