We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of PROJECT ENGINEER. For candidates who reside in Makati City & Laguna (Others) and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at Active Realty & Development Corp. and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Must have at least two (2) years experience in construction
- Conducts daily inspection of construction for each item of work. Responsible for the sector of a project assigned to him as to technical quality and quantity of work accomplished.
- Monitors the progress in the construction of projects.
- Estimates the materials needed for actual construction.
- Inspects contractors’ work during billing time.
- Prepares the requisition of materials.
- Monitors maintenance and security of the project.
- Monitors the assignment of utilities.
- Update as-built plans
