We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Key Account Specialist / Sales & Marketing in our company, Sert Technology Inc.. For candidates who reside in Cebu (Cebu City), Makati City, Davao del Sur (Davao City) & Cavite and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.

We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Sales/Marketing & Sales - Corporate and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher.

We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱12,000 - ₱15,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Key Account Officer to join our Sales and Marketing team. As a Key Account Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building long-lasting relationships with our key clients.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential key accounts within the assigned market segment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure excellent customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver effective sales strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Provide regular reports and updates on account status and sales activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required.
