Our Sales team assists all product-specific and general enquiries based on the water filter systems and services we provide. Our team is professional, resourceful, accurate, and diligently prioritises customer needs.

General Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience by phone, preferably in the Australian market, in any industry is required.
• Having an understanding and experience in the commercial or retail water industry is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of water filtration systems, including mechanical media filtration equipment, non-commercial reverse osmosis systems, pipes, valves, and fittings, as well as troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for technical and mechanical systems, is a plus.
• Must be willing to work as part of a team.
• A proven track record of sales and exposure to sales training in the retail/wholesale aspect of any industry is an advantage.
• Passionate and reliable when it comes to providing exceptional customer service.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and pay attention to details.
• Exposure to various work-from-home tools, such as Asana, Slack, Google Spreadsheets, etc., is an advantage but not required.
• Exposure to social media community experience in a Sales & Marketing environment is advantageous but not required.

General Responsibilities:

• Handling and managing incoming phone calls, chats, and email leads
• Data entry of all details and interaction notes
• Creating quotes/invoices for customer
• Regular follow-up with existing customers/leads by phone and email
• Build and maintain solid relationships with all customers.
• Work with Sales Team, Marketing, and upper management to implement new Sales Strategies.
• Ensure the implementation of a Sales Process throughout the unit
• Develop Sales materials to aid in the sales process
• Attend regular meetings communicating sales facts and performance
• Meet sales goals and deadlines

Technical Requirements:

• High-speed Broadband Internet Connection (Min Upload: 50 Mbps, Min Download: 50 Mbps)
• Working computer with a Clock speed of 1.5 – 2.5 GHz (Intel i5 or higher)
• Minimum of 8GB of RAM (advantage if above)
• Work setup with a noise-free environment and has noise cancellation headset
• Backup power and internet providers are a plus

NOTE: This is permanently on a work-from-home or remote work setting.
