We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Training Manager (Leader Development). For those of you who live in Makati City & Muntinlupa City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd., and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Education/Training & Training & Dev. with at least Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

This role will manage leader development learning programs that will enable individuals and groups to develop skills and knowledge required to achieve their Agency business goals.
Key Result Areas/Principal Accountabilities:
KRA 1: Analyses business situations in terms of knowledge gaps and skill requirements to effectively identify needs and design learning programs.
KRA 2. Design and implement Leader Development & Region Managers Development Programs training programs through different platforms, tailored to needs of business partners and/or assigned zones.
KRA 3. Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and recommend course of action to achieve learning objectives.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in training delivery and/or facilitation through different mediums.
- At least 1 year experience in designing training programs.
- Experience in Agency Management and Insurance training is a plus.
- Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis.
