We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Qualification:
- Must be skilled in Application Support, Tier 2 Support, Tier 1 Support, Splunk, Autosys, AWS, SQL, and ServiceNow
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day general production support by the prioritization, coordination and documentation of all items received into the team.
- Act as a point of contact between all stakeholders (Business & IT).
- Deliver Incident Management processes, through all stages of the incident lifecycle.
- Effectively manage Customer Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
- Analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical escalation points of contact for the team and troubleshoot complex technical issue(s).
- Identify trends and perform escalations
- Identify and document knowledge and incident lifecycle in line with best practices and regulatory (audit) requirements.
- Identify and support the introduction of operational improvements
- Effectively accesses internal resources to expedite solution-related activities or events
