We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of MARKETING OFFICER. We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱23,000 - ₱25,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Marketing Officer who specializes in video content to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Officer, your main responsibility will be to develop and execute video marketing strategies that promote our brand, products, and services. Your goal is to create engaging video content that captivates our target audience, strengthens brand awareness, and drives conversions. In addition to generating video assets, you may be tasked with identifying and pursuing growth opportunities in other platforms, such as special construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production of video content from start to finish. This includes tasks like scriptwriting, storyboarding, location scouting, talent selection, scheduling, and managing the production team and resources.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling and high- quality video content that reflects our brand’s voice, style, and messaging. This involves creating promotional videos, product demos, customer testimonials, explainer videos, and other video assets to support marketing campaigns and initiatives. Having hosting skills is a plus.
- Video Distribution and Promotion: Develop effective strategies to distribute and promote video content across various channels, including social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and video sharing platforms. Work with the marketing team to optimize video content for search engines and implement video ad campaigns.
- Special Projects: This task may be assigned on a per-project basis, which involves identifying projects, building relationships with contractors and developers, endorsing opportunities to appliance dealers, and helping secure contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- Proven experience in video content creation and marketing.
- Knowledge and skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools are a plus.
- Familiarity with video production techniques, camera operation and lighting.
- Understanding of social media platforms, video hosting platforms and video SEO best practices.
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate and deliver presentations
- Strong analytical skills that enable effective strategy development.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A portfolio of previous video marketing projects is highly desirable.
