The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱110,000 - ₱150,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Product Support – Lead Specialist is a member of the extended Product Engineering team and is responsible for ensuring Alight’s Payroll Solution is operating smoothly and enables users to conduct their day-to-day business as expected

The Product Support – Lead Specialist is an experienced, multi-disciplined IT professional with a good understanding of the application from a business and a technical perspective, as the role will be the key point of contact for Product related issues.

As a Lead Specialist, you will also have a strong focus on

  • Ensuring the application is delivered and used correctly
  • Diagnose application and system problems or any incident that is disrupting the application service that business users depend on drive correct resolution by working with business users, Engineering and QA
  • Help ensure Alight’s own IP solution is delivered and used correctly as well and helping to mature and enhance it by identifying improvements to either the solution, process, or procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The individual will be involved in the following critical activities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Alight Worklife Solutions at a functional / technical as well as business level
  • Develop and monitor system usage and performance matrix
  • Ensure problems are identified and managed in line with the Alight SDLC and DevOps framework.
  • Identify and document technology risks and provide solutions to reduce, mitigate or transfer the risk
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks and maintenance to ensure the health, performance, and availability of solutions.
  • Remediation of the vulnerability identified through proactive testing and scanning
  • Develop and implement proactive systems monitoring and alerting
  • Pro-active collaborates with the Engineering team and other stakeholders to report issues until we have a resolution accepted for the reported issue.
  • Provide coaching and advice to other areas of change to help empower and transfer knowledge to other teams
  • Reviews and prioritizes Team backlog for Iteration (Sprint) Planning, including coordination of dependencies with other Product Managers.
  • Collaborates with System and Solution Architect/Engineering to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the technical infrastructures that will host the new business functionality.
  • Manages and maintains an efficient flow of just-in-time story elaboration activities (user story refinement) throughout team execution, typically maintaining 2 iterations (sprints) worth of user stories available and ready in team backlog.
  • Participates in Iteration Retrospective, where teams gather to improve their processes.
  • Must be willing to work on a rotating basis during public holidays and weekends

Qualifications:

  • Applicant Should have Global Payroll Knowledge (3-5 years)
  • Ideally should have a background in product support and implementation.
  • Knowledgeable/experienced in handling ticketing management (via ServiceNow, Jira, Azure Dev Ops)
  • Good team player and very good at attending to concerns and issues escalated by the client/stakeholders.
  • Flexible with the working schedules. Willing to work on weekends (if it’s needed only)
