Job Description:
- Explore company’s new market opportunities and conduct new product development.
- Analyze market competitiveness, competitors’ movement and evaluate market size & market share.
- Identify products’ selling points, target segment, price and product positioning.
- Initiate and execute marketing strategy of products assigned to support sales target achievement.
- Co-work with marketing communication to implement marketing materials, POSM and marketing activities to ensure product awareness to target customers.
- Closely work with R&D, technical, production and sales team to reach successful product launch
- Conduct marketing research to identify customers’ insights for product development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture or product design
- At least 5 years experience in marketing, branding, product development and market research
- Experience in residential construction or building material business will be advantage
- Hands-on and service-oriented.
- Self motivated, problem solving oriented with positive attitude.
- Above average communication skills
- Open to travel from time to time
- Basic knowledge in SAP
