We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Overview

As an RTO Resource Developer, your role is crucial in shaping the educational experience for learners by creating and updating learning materials that adhere to industry standards and regulations. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and assessors to design engaging, effective, and learner-centric resources. Your responsibilities extend to conducting research, participating in quality assurance, managing projects, and contributing to the enhancement of learning and assessment processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and update learning and assessment resources that are compliant with industry standards and regulations, such as the AQF and Standards for RTOs 2015.

• Work with subject matter experts, trainers and assessors to ensure learning and assessment resources are engaging, effective and meet learners’ needs.

• Conduct research to keep learning and assessment resources up-to-date and reflect best practices.

• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure learning and assessment resources meet quality standards.

• Manage learning and assessment resource development projects and provide progress updates to stakeholders.

• Review and evaluate learning and assessment resources to improve their effectiveness.

• Contribute to improving learning and assessment processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Attention to detail

Good to have:

• Experience using Canvas LMS

• Experience using Articulate Rise 360

• Experience creating PowerPoint slides

• Experience using text-to-voice AI programs such as Synthesia

A presentation including a portfolio of recent projects/work would be requested.
