Our company, Alphard Infinity General Insurance Agency Corp. is currently opening occasion for those of you who are interested in becoming a part of our company specifically Cebu (Cebu City), Leyte (Tacloban City), National Capital Reg, Davao del Sur (Davao City), Zamboanga Sibugay, Iloilo (Iloilo City) & Negros Occidental (Bacolod) and its surrounding areas. For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of Sales Manager and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱100,000 - ₱200,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- build your own sales organization through extensive recruitment and effective onboarding and activation.
- train and develop agency leaders and/or financial advisors through mentoring and coaching.
- lead and manage a group of agency leaders and advisors towards the achievement of company objectives.
- ensure that structure and systems are executed flawlessly.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- with lofty ambitions (Big, Hairy Audacious Goals)
- Managerial experience (sales management experience is an advantage)
- willing to be mentored, coached and trained, and willing to become a trainer, mentor and coach.
