- Behave in a disciplined, honest, responsible, and professional manner in the work environment.
The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

Job Purpose:
- Responsible for overseeing all field grade control staff, to guarantee production-related goals and ore quality are accomplished safely and efficiently, per the grade control protocol.
Qualification
- Bachelors Degree in Geology
- Must possess a PRC license as Geologist
- At least one (1) year experience in Grade Control; and background geological work is an advantage
- Has Good communication, written, analytical and supervisory skills to delegate task well, responsible can handle a lot of pressure, dependable and trustworthy. Must be hardworking and reliable.
- Must be willing to work in Brooke’s Point, Palawan (free accommodation, transportation, and meals)
- Full time position available
