We are hiring! To candidates with Bachelor's/College Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting, we Unified Accounting & Tax, LLP, are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as senior accountant w/ revenue & ar experience and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Pampanga (Others), Cebu (Others), National Capital Reg & Davao and surrounding areas.

We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.

Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Description:

Monitor the daily, monthly and annual performance of revenue
Ensure compliance with accounting codification ASC 606 for revenue recognition
Oversee daily transactions including gross bookings, revenue, and accounts receivable
Manage high volume billing escalations and approval of credit memo requests
Responsible for reviewing and answering emails timely to meet SLA
Play a key role in transitioning billing to Salesforce CPQ and building an integration into Netsuite
Research and resolve customer inquiries related to billing, payment methods, payment applications, etc.
Responsible for month end close activities, journal entries and account reconciliations
Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
Assist with year-end audit
Assist with billing and prepare various Revenue and Accounts Receivable reconciliations
Maintaining and updating Revenue and Accounts Receivable desktop procedures
Maintaining and enhancing Accounts Receivable dashboard along with tracking of monthly reporting/KPIs
Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 4+ years of experience with revenue, billing and/or collections experience
Proven track record for improving process efficiencies, problem solving, and dealing with a high volume of billing/collection escalations
Self-starter, detail-oriented, team player and can work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is a plus or any relevant work experience
Certified Public Accountant
Experience working for a public company is a plus
Experience working with large data sets and a high volume of data
Proficient in account reconciliation and knowledge in Excel (pivots, sumifs)
Knowledge of SQL and Snowflake a plus
Systems experience in Salesforce, Netsuite or other major ERP systems
Systems implementation and integrations experience a plus

System requirements:

Computer Processor: At least i3 5th generation for 2 primary computers
Computer Memory/RAM: At least 8.00 GB for both primary and back up computers
Computer OS: Windows 10
Must have MS Office license
Internet speed must be running on a 20+ mbps wired plan (at least 10 mbps for back up connection)
