GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Production Supervisor assists the Manager and provides guidance to the Coding Technicians and Team Leads to ensure the accurate and timely processing of documents and other deliverables. This person assures compliance of the team with company polices and procedures.1.Supervise the day-to-day production operation and lead in the execution of identified action items, plans and/or tasks, in accordance with operational protocols and standards or as agreed with the Manager;

• Ensure deliverables are submitted in an accurate, timely and efficient manner;
• Oversee the distribution of manpower and workload, as determined with the Manager;
• Prepare/consolidate and analyze project status reports
• Coach and mentor coding technicians and/or team leads on their respective work responsibilities.

2. Measure, monitor and report on the performance of the team and each of its members push performance efficiencies and recommend process improvement initiatives3. Provide assistance to the Manager in process development and review, including the necessary control processes; Ensure that all process documentations are regularly reviewed, updated and cascaded to all members through the conduct of functional training programs for the Production Team(s)4.Participate in regular meetings and coordination with the customer and the production team/s and to provide status updates and discuss concerns, if any, with management;5.Handle escalations, questions, concerns, and issues from the coding technicians and/or team leads and and liase with the management team and/or client, as necessary.QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree course.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years in the BPO industry, possessing at least 3 years of functional knowledge and experience
• Hands-on experience on any document management or document indexing application such as Kofax, Papervision, Imagesilo, etc.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work well in a team environment. 
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken English
• Excellent planning, organizational and prioritizing skills
• Amenable to work in Clark, Pampanga.
