We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Email Developer(Work From Home) USA Clients. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱50,000 - ₱60,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities
· Designer to support North America Events team.
· Create email assets using the Eloqua Marketing Automation software.
· Design and create printed signage, agendas, login violators, banners, and other graphics needed for the different events while following brand guidelines.
· Collaborate on concepts with other designers, managers and executives, sometimes with urgent turnarounds. Work closely with US creative team.
· Can handle quick turnaround of projects and urgent revisions.
· Effectively and professionally communicate with requesting clients to ensure timely and effective delivery of creative assets.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
· A stunning online portfolio showcasing a spectrum of innovative design solutions.
· 3-4 years relevant work experience with a design studio, agency, or corporate design group.
· Highly proficient and skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma
· Knowledgeable in HTML and CSS. Experience in Eloqua, Oracle Marketing Automation Software, is a plus.
· Can handle a project on their own with some direction and reference. Works fast.
· Ability to clearly communicate ideas and present rationale behind the work. Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Understands how to design for multiple media and build files for print, digital, and responsive web.
· Able to work with clients in different time zones and a can-do attitude to go beyond what is expected. Willingness to work late if needed to spend extra time on a project.
· Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
· Capacity to handle numerous projects, tight turnaround times, revisions and technical challenges effectively.
· Good sense of classic typography and modernist design principles, but comfortable in a variety of styles.
· Self-starter and able to prioritize given responsibilities.
Candidate can have no or minimal design background, but more adept with building Emails, HTML and the like.
