The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱18,000 - ₱20,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all incoming and outgoing calls in the lobby
- Provide information to queries related to the project like leasing, sales, list of amenities, rates, etc.
- Coordinate received concerns and requests to the PMO
- Identify and screen guests and unit owners upon entry in the premises
- Enforce logging of visitors and deliveries
- Handle deliveries and mails
- Coordinate with security personnel for residents and endorse it to the PMO
- Aid in cascading of circulars to all residents
- Assist the PMO in community activities
- Communications team lead for the emergency response team
- Monitor and log usage of amenities like function rooms, AVR, etc.
- Accepts payments for amenities and pay parking after office hours
- All other tasks as instructed by the Administrative Office and/or Property Manager.
