In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.

We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD.   • Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
  • Managing, reviewing progress, and delivering the client’s advertisement projects.
  • Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
  • Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
  • Identifying accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.
  • Monitoring the work performance of colleagues and setting sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year + experience managing digital marketing programs, with proven results in digital strategy and paid advertising within the e-commerce space.
  • 2 years + of experience in an agency environment preferred
  • Experienced in compiling, documenting, and communicating client requirements to internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, preferred
  • Must be able to understand complex environments and projects, pay attention to details and maintain an organized workflow
  • Excellent planning, project and time management, and decision-making skills with the ability to self-manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Creativity and experience bringing new programs and ideas to fruition
