We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Job Description: 

The Accounts Receivables Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting department. Manages and supervises AR Team’s daily activities and ensures timely collection of due accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Checks, validates and consolidates all AR related reports and schedules in a timely manner needed for reporting, such as but not limited to; preparation of recon / clearance files and identification of the cause of differences, posting of correct JE.
  • Assists in clearing AR (recordings of receipts / match to invoices).
  • Monitors customers’ credit.
  • Assists in providing and performing audit requirements on a timely manner.
  • Identifying possible process improvements in the systems of existing procedures
  • Supervises and ensures timely and accurate sending of billing statements.
  • Bridges local market finance team with the development team in India with Finance Operation (AR) Automation.
  • Leads the AR team based on predetermined departmental objectives and direction.
  • Monitors efficiency and effectiveness of the subordinates based on set KPI’s.
  • Serves as the team’s functional expert when it comes to providing necessary inputs.
  • Creates and handles dispute resolution process within the team.
  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be well-versed in small claims and collection due process and documentations.
  • Spearheads and monitors the sending of reminder letters and demand letters to delinquent accounts.
  • Coordinates closely and assists the legal team concerning accounts for litigation.
  • Other tasks as maybe assigned by the PH Finance Head and the Finance Director.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA is an advantage
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, SAP, ACCOUNTING SYSTEM
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel. Tech savvy
  • Substantial experience in handling accounts receivable from billing to collection of payments.
  • Ability to organize, process, interpret and communicate large number of data.
  • Exemplary good at planning and execution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Above average communication skills
  • CAN START ASAP
  • Willing to work on a hybrid set up (4x onsite, 1x work from home)
