Our company Booth and Partners is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Makati City and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Manufacturing & Purchasing/Material Mgmt, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of procurement specialist | premium hmo from day 1 and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱20,000 - ₱22,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Job Summary:

The Procurement Specialist is mainly responsible for carrying out daily procurement duties for the organization. This involves managing a company’s purchasing needs and supply chain. This involves ensuring that all purchasing documents are accurately coded, authorized and processed. This role will also be responsible for coordinating and negotiating deals with vendors and suppliers in order to secure the best deals for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Estimates and establishes cost parameters and budgets for purchases
  • Reviews and analyzes all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
  • Negotiates the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
  • Preparation, tracking, monitoring, and expediting the delivery of Purchase Orders.
  • Ensures that the products and supplies received are complete, of high quality, and in good condition
  • Liaise with Accounts Payable/Accounting Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices/DRs, as necessary for the business with the supplier.
  • Building and managing relationships with vendors.
  • Maintains and updates the list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
  • Maintains records of purchases, pricing, and other important data using Google Drive, Excel Sheet, and other software.
  • Tracks inventory of company supplies and prepares related reports or documents
  • Develops plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
  • Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Works with team members and Facilities Manager to complete duties a needed

Requirements:

  • At least 1-year experience in Procurement
  • Knowledgeable in purchasing IT equipment
  • Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and Google Workspace
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be able to work from 8AM-5PM
  • Able to report to the Makati office at least once a week or as required
