- JOB SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of HR Officers and the Department Head, handles administrative assistance in handling administrative cases, documentation and monitoring of all administrative disciplinary cases and employee relations concerns, documentation, and revision of personnel policies and procedures, handles special projects, and conducts research that may be required by the different HR units.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, good judgment and ability to resolve conflicts, ability to multi-task and operate effectively in stressful situations, can relate well with people, knows how to handle confidential information.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 1 – 2 years experience in the field of Employee Relations or Industrial/Labor relations
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- MUST BE WILLING TO REPORT ONSITE.
