Primary objective is helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
– Communicate with all stakeholders and to elicit, analyze and validate the requirements for changes to business processes, information systems, and policies
– Move an organization toward efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
– Understand what business does and how it does and able to determine how to improve existing business processes
– Identify the steps or tasks to support the implementation of new features on an existing or new system and able to design the new features to implement
– Analyze the impact of implementing new features and how to implement them
– Developing schedules and methods for measuring results
– Organizing and managing phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
– Coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
– Assist on the preparation of requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
– Implementation, support and inventory control of applications used
– Evaluates system specifications for business requirements
– Work closely with internal and external clients
– Carryout analysis of the bank’s existing systems, making sure that requirements are translated into highly specified project briefs
– Identify application problems and evaluate procedures and processes
– Implement solutions by creating and evaluating alternative solutions
– Check and confirm results by testing programs
– Facilitate operation by conducting training of stakeholders
– Create a testing schedule for the complete system
– Performs other duties that may assign from time to time
