China Bank Management Training Program is an accelerated development program that will be open to internal and newly graduate external talents and master’s degree holders that aims to develop top talents to be a well-rounded Chinabanker by providing specialized trainings to equip them with the right skill sets.
Qualifications:
- Graduates with Latin Honors/Academic distinctions
- Graduates of any business course
- Graduates of highly technical/ specialized courses (example: Mathematics and Data Sciences related courses like Applied Math, Statistics; Economics Courses like applied Economics, Financial Economics; Engineering courses like Industrial Engineering; and other specialized technical courses that will be necessary in the current and future operations of the Bank)
- Candidates with a Master’s degree related to the targeted function
