WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?
Job summary:
As a member of the Accounts Receivable Department for NAC operations, this role will be responsible for posting payments to customer accounts. Ensure cash receipts are received and accurately applied on a daily basis.
Key accountabilities:
· Post daily deposits
· Reconcile to bank statement
· Identifying, escalating issues to Supervisor
· Research and resolve discrepancies in posting
· Investigate and resolve customer queries
· Process credit card payments
· Perform various duties as assigned
