We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.

Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

The The Injury Management Admin Assistant role will provide administrative and strategic support services to the team. The role will provide support to the Injury Management Team in order to provide excellent administration and customer service in the best interests of Protech.

. They would also maintain team emails and solve data to ensure

documentation is collected and stored in a timely fashion and to ensure quality data in Solv Injury.


•Enter new cases into SolvInjury from SafetyCulture or any other format a new injury is provided.

•Collate wage history for preparation of workers compensation weekly wage payments

•Monitor and manage the injury management email inbox

•Maintain accurate data within SolvInjury, including entering of certificates and reports in line with client’s document storage process

•Support the team as required

•Process accounts payable invoices

• Enter and monitor certificates of capacity and ensure we have up to date COC at all times.

• Keeping confidential case notes and records in line with laws and guidelines



• Preferably a college graduate.

• At least 2 years of Injury Management and relevant work experience.

• Experience in AU Accounts Payable and Claims is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Above average English communication skills both written and verbal.

• Confident communicator able to influence and inform stakeholders with insights.

• Good decision-making skills and strong attention to detail



• Following AU business hours (Mondays to Fridays, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time)

• Offers temporary work-from-home arrangement (Makati office)

• HMO coverage including 1 dependent upon hire
