We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Officer. For those of you who live in National Capital Reg and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Emapta, and able to under a full time working hours.

As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Services & Customer Service with at least Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Description 

Be part of our client’s team as a Customer Service Officer where you will play a vital role in our client’s esteemed Car Park Management company, ensuring seamless customer experiences and contributing to the organization’s continued success. Join a team that values professionalism, efficiency, and excellence, and become an integral part of transforming the parking landscape.

In this multifaceted role, you will process and activate new accounts, manage customer billing details, and handle various pass-related tasks with utmost precision and care. Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you build and maintain strong relationships with Car Park Area Managers, Car Park Supervisors, Car Park Security, and National Control Room Staff.

Here’s an overview of your future role:

What do you need to succeed?

  • Competence in performing customer service consultant duties.
  • Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Organized and professional attitude.
  • Ability to follow instructions and fulfill responsibilities under supervision.
  • Display integrity and maintain trust and confidence in all professional interactions.

What awaits you in this role?

  • Process and activate new accounts and additions to existing accounts and issuing of passes.
  • Process cancellations, suspension credit notes, and reissue lost passes.
  • Update database with approved rate increases and process necessary credit notes.
  • Maintain customer billing details and implement requested variations.
  • Foster productive relationships with Car Park Area Managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with State CRM to maintain shared template files and assist with car park audits.
  • Handle incoming calls, faxes, and emails in accordance with Process Statements.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer service policies and procedures.
  • Support special projects as directed by the supervisor.
