Our company Breakthrough Academic Institute is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in National Capital Reg and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Education/Training & Education, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of part-time (face-to-face) esl teacher and be able to work in part time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱10,000 - ₱20,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

BREAKTHROUGH ACADEMIC INSTITUTE (BRAINS)
Basic Qualifications:
– College graduate, any degree (Education major in English, Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Literature, English Teaching preferred but not required)
– With experience is preferred but not required (All applicants will conduct a short demo and in-house training/one-on-one coaching will be provided)
– Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
– Lives near or within the BGC area (This is for onsite or face-to-face teaching)
The following gives the applicant an advantage but are not required:
- Experience teaching English proficiency test prep classes (TOEIC, TOEFL, EIKEN, IELTS, etc.)
- Extensive experience in teaching ESL to non-native speakers
Job Description:
- Provide one-on-one classes to students (both adult and young learners)
- Create a lesson plan based on the program and materials endorsed by the program team
- Complete a daily lesson log to monitor student progress
- Submit quarterly progress reports, PTC reports, and other reports required by the program team
- Attend scheduled group training and one-on-one coaching when necessary
- Attend scheduled faculty meetings
Work Schedule:
Part-time: (permanent schedule):
MONDAY – FRIDAY: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 – 7:50 p.m.
SATURDAY: 8:00 a.m. – 4:50 p.m.
Onsite Work Location: Alveo Park Triangle Tower, 11th Ave. cor. 32nd St. Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
