Job Responsibilities:
- The HR Manager will be reporting to our directors.
- This person will be managing all facets of HR. We need someone with a deep understanding of all internal and external HR-related matters
- He/She will be developing organizational guidelines and procedures
- Make recommendations to help grow the company by evaluating the current situation and processes.
- Assist with comp & ben. Advocate and recommend strategies to keep employees happy and motivated for employee retention.
- Help keep the company to be up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related field
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
