Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as HR Compensation and Benefits Assistant. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱18,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- College Degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field.
- Must be highly adaptable and flexible with an exceptional ability to work under pressure.
- Must demonstrate good leadership and strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- Willing to be assigned in San Juan City.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates processing and availment of various mandatory and company-extended benefits in order to ensure maximum delivery to all employees.
- SS, PAG-IBIG, Philhealth, and Other Company Benefits.
- Facilitates processing and availment of services and loan facilities of various government institutions.
- Prepares monthly mandatory remittances (contributions and loan payments.)
- Maintains record-keeping of vouchers pertaining to SS and Pag-ibig employee loans and their corresponding updated balances on a monthly period for reference purposes.
- Takes charge of processing the Sickness/Maternity Notification and Reimbursement computation.
- Enrolment for new employees to HMO and cancelation for resigned employees.
- Ensures on-time processing of billing payments.
