For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of Telesales Executive and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

- Experienced in Sales/Marketing & Telesales/Telemarketing

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱20,000 - ₱25,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Are you a go-getter, motivated to achieve results, and up for a challenge? Do you have the ability to convert leads to sales and achieve targets without compromising quality?
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on distribution and ensure that targets are met
- Ensure proper authentication of information to align with the Cartrack quality standard
- Accurate data capturing
- Obtain referrals from current clients
- Create awareness by distributing marketing material
- Generate quotations and follow-up.
- Obtain client information and complete the subscription form on behalf of the client
- E-mail the completed subscriber form to the client for signature and receive it back or; on fitment day the technician will obtain the client’s signature
- Submit completed and signed subscriber agreement to sales admin for capturing
- Follow up on fitment scheduling
- Contact the client to confirm the scheduled appointment
- Follow-up if the appointment was not honored.
- Assist client with any other services required i.e., change of ownership, cancellations, invoices etc.
- Ensure that quality is maintained according to company policies and procedures
- Ensure that product and system knowledge is up to date by attending various information/training sessions
Requirements:
- Vocational Graduate/Undergraduate/ College Level/College graduate
- With 1 year telemarketing/call center sales experience/ any sales experience or customer service experience
- Knows end-to-end sales
- Familiar with a CRM system
- Attention to detail
- Familiar with telephone etiquette
- Good listening skills
- Knows how to conduct sales presentation
- WILLING TO WORK ONSITE in MAKATI CITY/
- Amenable to shifting schedule (8am-5pm and 11am-8pm)
- CAN START ASAP!
