This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in National Capital Reg and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

As an ESG Engineer, you will be supporting the relevant functions within Serial Group ESG on the execution and management of the various tasks and deliverables under Serial Group Portfolio – to ultimately ensure a smooth, effective and efficient process/system in meeting these deliverables.
The scope will include but not limited to research and analysis tasks; project management systems/dashboards; repository management; supporting deck preparations/materials and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support & execution of tasks on various deliverables under Serial Group ESG portfolio
- Conduct required research and analysis for various tasks including benchmarking exercises; materiality analysis; deck/presentations preparation; third party support where required
- Establish & manage the specific ESG Database Management Systems/Dashboard – to ensure effectiveness in the utilisation of the platforms for running the appropriate analysis/generation of reports conforming to GRI Standards etc.
- Manage the appropriate Serial Group ESG Projects – to assist in keeping track on progress and deliverables (‘traffic light system/Gantt chart type management’) (identify best approach/systems for better data and project management)
- Support in establishing an appropriate repository management process/system – to ensure an effective and efficient approach/platform for the management of the myriad of folders/files and also document management/categorisation
- Key support in preparation of presentations/slides/decks when necessary
- Key coordinator in various engagement exercises with internal and external stakeholders/parties (including 700+ active business partners/potential partners)
- Other various administrative support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Environmental, Social Sciences, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of working experiences in Sustainability/ESG Management, preferably with proficiency in conducting research and analysis, anticipating developments and challenges, proactively providing recommendations on solutions for better and effective projects.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills in English
- Great attention to details with strong analytical skills
- Entry levels with relevant educational backgrounds are welcomed to apply
