For candidates who reside in National Capital Reg and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a contract system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Computer/Information Technology & IT-Software and possess a Bachelor's/College Degree or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead business stakeholder engagement meetings, striving to understand the Client’s processes and building trust among business groups.
- Define and document business requirements and functional specifications from business users and subject matter experts.
- Understand as-is business processes to effectively identify and document the to-be requirements.
- Identify root cause(s) of an issue to help determine the optimal solution(s).
- Write test plans and/or perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing of new solutions.
- Perform business needs analysis and design workflows, including “as is” and “to be” process mapping.
- Collect timely feedback from stakeholder groups and ensure terms of requirements and specifications are being met through the solutions being built.
We are looking for someone with
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or another related discipline; MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Exceptional communication skills and professionalism.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in technical writing (business cases, project charters, etc.).
- Experience in business process improvement efforts.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or related systems is a plus.
- Strong business acumen.
