The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱19,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

The Bancassurance Sales Executive is responsible for offering product solutions on financial needs of BPI customers to ensure achievement of individual and company targets and KPIs.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Promote and maintain the reputation of both BPI and Philam Life
2. Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI-Philam products to the bank’s customer base
3. Establish, maintain and grow relationships with the bank officers and staff in the branch/es they are assigned to for the purposes of generating bancassurance leads and bancassurance business
4. Establish, maintain and grow relationships with prospective and existing clientele; Perform customer service and business conservation activities
5. Act as a liaison between the customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims
6. Submit required reports on time
7. Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect bancassurance business
