ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead the MPC team and provide day-to-day management of the MPC activities to drive internal and external customer satisfaction, achieve the department’s productivity and efficiency goals, and contribute to the achievement of the company’s financial objectives. Develop the MPC Department’s strategic plans, identify organizational priorities, and ensure the effective execution of approved plans and initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primarily responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of the department with the other departments such as Merchandising and Operations
- Primarily responsible for making sure that all tasks are performed to the fullest of employee efficiency
- Provide complete information to assist other departments
- Oversees the maintenance of the following systems – JDA MMS, ARC BI, and Vendor Portal
- Handles or provide support to management-initiated projects that involve systems
- Plans out the organization and facilitates informative and useful training
- Responsible for the issuance of guidelines and policies and corresponding archiving of all reference materials for use and disbursement of respective departments
- Ensure updated maintenance of vendors for clearance, rationalization, and other changes in the JDA system
- Responsible for the system maintenance of the ARC system ensuring that usage and function are as per standards
REQUIREMENTS
- The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies, Administration/Management, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- At least three years of working experience in a related field are required for this position
- Preferably supervisors or 5 years and up experienced employees specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
- Required skill(s): JDA, ARC
