We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of TTEC US Account Specialist | Up to 24K Salary. For those of you who live in Quezon City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, TTEC Customer Care Management Phils., Inc., and able to under a full time working hours.

As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Services & Customer Service with at least High School Diploma, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱19,000 - ₱24,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

What You’ll be Doing 

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? In this role, you’ll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customers’ experience being just average or an exceptional one. Your experience in the industry is valued here. 

During a Typical Day, You’ll 

  • Answer incoming communications from customers 
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues 

What You Bring to the Role 

  • 8 months customer service experience if you are a Bachelor’s degree holder 
  • 1 year customer service experience if you’ve completed Senior High School or 2 years in college 
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge  
  • Computer experience
