For candidates who reside in Quezon City and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting and possess a Not Specified or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

The Sr. Accountant is an integral part of our accounting team, responsible for accurately recording financial transactions, maintaining, and reconciling financial records, and ensuring compliance with established accounting standards and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in bookkeeping and accounting practices, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. This role requires frequent interaction with senior staff and client executives, emphasizing the importance of effective communication and collaboration.
Work from home
Monday to Friday | 3 PM to 12AM
*Following Philippine holidays
Financial Record Keeping:
- Record daily financial transactions and oversee the complete posting process.
- Verify that transactions are accurately recorded in the correct period, vendor or customer ledger, and general ledger account.
- Review financial records and transactions in QuickBooks, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Input data, uphold records, and generate reports and financial statements as needed.
- Assist in preparing documents and reports for client executives.
Reconciliation & Quality Control:
- Execute monthly bank statement reconciliations and manage any unreconciled items.
- Conduct quality control checks of the posting process, promptly alerting senior staff of discrepancies or concerns.
- Preserve fixed asset, prepaid expense, and deferred revenue schedules, recording monthly depreciation and other adjustments.
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable in a timely manner within the designated bill payment and accounting systems.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure compliance with month-end/year-end close checklists.
Policy & Procedure Oversight:
- Collaborate with senior staff to establish and refine accounting policies, procedures, and the chart of accounts.
- Update and improve accounting policies, processes, and procedures as necessary.
Client Onboarding & Support:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including setting up the chart-of-accounts and preparing any necessary clean-up journal entries.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting practices and technologies.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the organization.
Education & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in general accounting, with an emphasis on bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with Asana and Citrix is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
