We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Electrician. For those of you who live in National Capital Reg and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Primus@ Knowledge Specialists, Inc., and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Engineering & Electrical with at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱18,000 - ₱20,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Performs daily site inspections of the building equipment to ensure proper operation.
Conducts preventive maintenance as assigned and creates equipment check sheets as requested. Provides maintenance reports, noting issues found.
Starts up and shuts down Building systems, in accordance with the equipment schedule.
Performs repairs on Electrical systems, which includes air-conditioning units power supply, exhaust fans, and other building equipment.
Performs electrical repairs, such as replacing lamps, ballasts, switches, receptacles, wiring, and installation of circuits.
Schedule, oversees, and may assist assigned contractors ensuring the safety, quality, and cleanliness of work performed. Escorts contractors in critical/secured areas when required.
Assists in office furniture reconfigurations and repair.
Provides maintenance-related support for various company-initiated events and other departmental requests.
Records daily readings of Electrical parameters.
Operate the 2 Generator units in the absence of the genset operator
Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned by the Building & Maintenance Manager.
